Meta Account Data Deletion Instructions
If your Facebook or Instagram account has been connected to an EENOKI-managed social publishing integration, you can request that we disconnect it and delete the related account authorization data in EENOKI's systems.
How to request deletion
- Email info@eenoki.com with the subject Meta Account Data Deletion Request.
- State whether the connection involves Facebook or Instagram and provide the public Page/account name. Do not send passwords, access tokens or app secrets.
- We may ask you to verify that you are authorized to act for the account before removing stored connection information.
We will review valid requests, disconnect the account and remove locally stored authorization information as appropriate, subject to applicable law and any necessary retention obligations. We will communicate the outcome using the contact information provided.
Revoke access directly with Meta
You can also review and remove connected app access within your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing an app's access at Meta is separate from asking EENOKI to remove locally stored connection data.
