EENOKI

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EENOKI INFRA CONSULTANCY LLP handles information when you visit eenoki.com, contact us, or choose to use optional website analytics.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Who we are

EENOKI INFRA CONSULTANCY LLP provides MEP design and consultancy services. For privacy-related questions, contact info@eenoki.com.

2. Information you choose to provide

The website enquiry form asks for information such as your name, phone/WhatsApp number, project location, email address, requirement and message. The website does not submit or store these enquiry details on an EENOKI website server. Instead, the information is prepared in your browser and WhatsApp opens so that you can review and choose whether to send the message.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and performance. The Google tag is loaded in consent-aware mode. Analytics cookies are denied by default and are enabled only if you choose “Accept analytics” on this website.

Depending on your interaction with the site, analytics data may include page views, scrolling, outbound-link clicks, general device and browser information, approximate location derived by the analytics provider, and other website interaction events. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, enquiry messages or other form-field contents to Google Analytics.

Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google's partner-sites privacy information.

4. Analytics choice and cookies

If you accept analytics, the website loads Google Analytics and Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement. If you decline analytics before accepting, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded by this website and analytics cookies are not set by this website. If you later change an accepted choice to decline, the website disables further EENOKI analytics measurement and clears Google Analytics cookies that are accessible to this website.

Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser so the website can remember your choice. You can reopen the analytics choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

5. Conversion events

If analytics is accepted, EENOKI may measure non-personal interaction events such as WhatsApp clicks, phone-link clicks, email-link clicks and enquiry-form completion. These events are configured without including the personal details entered into the form.

6. Third-party services and links

The website links to services operated by third parties, including WhatsApp and social-media platforms. When you follow those links or send a WhatsApp message, the third party's own privacy terms and practices apply.

7. Data sharing and sale

EENOKI does not sell website visitor personal information. Information may be processed by service providers when needed to operate services you choose to use, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

8. Your choices and requests

You can decline optional analytics on the website. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights regarding personal information you have provided to EENOKI. You can contact info@eenoki.com for a privacy-related request.

9. Optional Meta account authorization for EENOKI publishing

EENOKI may offer an administrator-only connection for its business Facebook Page or professional Instagram account. When that feature is enabled and an authorized administrator connects an account, the integration processes Meta account identifiers, a limited display name, permissions requested for the connection, access tokens and token expiry information. This is separate from the public website contact form and optional analytics. We use connection information to verify authorized access and support EENOKI's own social publishing workflow. This website does not currently publish social-media content through this proposed integration.

Sensitive access tokens are intended to be encrypted and stored in server-side Cloudflare storage, accessible only by protected server code. OAuth login attempts also use short-lived security state to prevent unauthorized connections. The website does not expose Meta app secrets or access tokens in its public HTML or client-side JavaScript. Meta processes authentication and API activity under its own terms.

An authorized administrator can request disconnection and deletion of locally stored connection details. Token expiry, revocation or account permissions may also affect access. Requests can be sent to info@eenoki.com. We process valid requests in accordance with applicable law and any required retention obligations. See our Meta Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, analytics setup, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
